Eligibility

Credits and event packages are non-refundable once delivered. Delivery includes any guest upload, polish, export, or production activity tied to your event.

Service failures

If The Aisle cannot deliver a purchased feature due to a platform incident or billing error, refunds, credits, or extensions are reviewed case-by-case.

Polish results

AI polish depends on source photo quality and is not refundable based on subjective preferences. Preview output before publishing or exporting.

How to request a review

Email support with the purchasing email, event link, and reason for the request. When issued, refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
